Anjana Vinod Turki
Anjana Vinod Turki is a founder and Managing Director at ARCVS Technology. She has an Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering and has experience of sales for electrical HT & LT panels. Latter had worked with Zenith computers in the Computer assembly line as cluster head. She has also worked with ICICI bank, The New India Assurance Company as well.
She has a blend of technical to finance experience which is highly required for the business operations. She foresees the challenges ahead for the glass industry & wishes to extend her support to serve glass industry.
Mrs. Sonia is a founding Director at ARCVS Technology. She is Science Graduate and computer Science expert. She is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in different processes and products. Most of her carrier was devoted to the customer care which is a key to the service sector for flourishing. We are happy to have such experience d person in the company. She has rich experience in using quality tools, customer satisfaction and grievance handling which add value to the service sector, we are handling..

Mr. Vinod Kumar Turki
Mr. Vinod is one of the founding directors of ARCVS Technology and has more than 26 years of experience in the industry. Previously was working with Mulia glass / Pony international Jakarta as Project advisor.
Before joining Muliglass / Pony international Jakarta, in 2007, he was Section head of engineering and improvement for Asahi India Glass (13 years).
In 1993 started carrier as maintenance and operation engineer for Sanghi Oxygen (Bhavnagar- 1 year).
He is a professional Mechanical engineering, besides has a degree in BSc. Electronics.
He has hand-on experience of the float as well as container plant cold repair, hot repair projects. He has worked on Greenfield, Brownfield projects of float glass, container glass, rolled glass, architectural glass plants, and floor tile projects.
Mr. ANIL B. NAIK
Mr. Anil has joined ARCVS Technology as G.M projects and operations. Anil is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in different processes. Most of his carrier was devoted to the flat glass industry. He has worked with Asahi India Taloja for 20 years since the inception of this company. He has rich experience in using quality tools, which is the key for the glass industry.

Mr. Larry has more than 44 years of experience in the glass industry. From 1970 until 1980 he was with Owens-Illinois, Inc., starting in the maintenance department of a large glass container factory and finishing his Owens-Illinois career as a control systems project engineer for their Corporate Technology division.
From 1980 until 1986 Mr. Larry was employed as a control systems engineering manager for the Bechtel Corporation, for a synthetic fuels project in New Zealand and a nuclear power plant project in the USA.
In 1986 he joined International Technologies Consultants, Ltd. as their project manager. He managed several projects including the design of the Euroglass plant in Homburg, France. Later he was responsible for the design and construction of the P.T. Muliaglass float line #1 in Cikarang, Indonesia.
In 1994 Mr. Larry joined P.T. Muliaglass to become the project manager and later project director two float glass plants, three container glass plants, and automotive safety glass plant and a 44 mega-watt power generation plant. He was also responsible for the subsequent cold repairs of these plants.
Mr. Larry was a founding director of Pony Technologies, Ltd., and Shanghai Pony Technology, Ltd., working concurrently with P.T. Muliaglass and the Pony companies until 2020. During this time he was responsible for more than 20 project around the world.
Mr.Chuck was a seasoned and well-known consultant in the Float Glass industry has left heavenly abode. This space no one can fill and this space will be kept reserve in your respect. Mr Chuck passed away on 27 MAy 2021. I used to call him captain.
A great glass mentor/professor of glass operation has left a void that can't be filled. Definitely, he will be missed by us and a glass community as a whole. May God give strength to his family to face this unrecoverable loss.
Mr. William G. P:
Mr. William commonly referred to as Bill, has extensive experience in the glass industry in the areas of design, construction and operations. His career in glass started in 1972 at TECO/USA. Spanning 23 years at TECO, Bill rose from his engineering duties to become one of the prime directors of this company. During his time at TECO he was involved in over 100 projects in the float, rolled/pattern, container, and fiber glass industries.
Moving forward from TECO, Mr. Bill established himself as a leading world consultant in the field of glass making. Some companies that have retained his service since 1995 and include;

Mr. Milind having spent, more than 32 years in the field of glass & its application, he is well versed with all aspect of Glass production & business. He started his carrier as a mechanical engineer & rose to Managing Director. He leads a Greenfield container glass business in India, for MNC, from scratch & established it as quality & cost driver in a tough market.
He was also head of the Solar Glass business for a short duration. He brings with him details know-how not only about glass but also about glass business. He has vast International exposure & connection if his field. He foresees the challenges ahead for the glass industry & wishes to extend his support.
